The event organiser has allowed attendees to be refunded.
The event has not ended yet.
The request for a refund is made within the allocated time set by the event organiser.
The event has been cancelled.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
Go to My Bookings (https://mynextmatch.com/mnmEvent/mybookings)
Click on Cancel next to your registration that you want a refund for.
3. Verification and Approval
Once we receive your refund request, event organisers will review the provided information and determine if the request meets our refund eligibility criteria. They may request additional information or evidence to facilitate the review process.
4. Processing Time
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. Typically, refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date of approval.
5. Banking Charges
Banking charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or on the part of the event organiser. In all other cases, charges that occur due to transfer will be subtracted from the original amount.
6. Platform Fee
The platform fee is not refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part or on the part of the event organiser.
7. Changes to Refund Policy
